To download and install the UBRxlab software:

1. Click on the link to download the zipped files.
2. Unzip the files.
3. Install the software files in a directory that you specify. The folder entitled “Xtras” must  be in the same directory as the Authorware (ub.exe, *.ar5, and *.PDF) files.

To run the software:

1. If the software files are installed onto a CD-ROM:

• Insert the CD into the CD drive. It is configured to “Autorun”, but on some machines the autorun feature is turned off in the operating system (Windows XP, for example).
• An opening animation should load and run.
• If an opening animation does NOT load, go to the file listing on the CD and manually launch the executable file “ub.exe”.

2. If the software files are installed on a hard drive or zip disk:

• Go to the directory containing the files. Manually launch the executable file “ub.exe"

For Web Server Installation

• Click on the link to download the zipped files.
• Unzip the files.
• Install the software files in a directory that you specify. The folder entitled “Xtras” must  be in the same directory as the Authorware (ub.exe, *.ar5, and *.PDF) files.

To run the software:

• Launch the program through the file ub.htm

NOTE:  Installation of the Authorware plug-in Web Player is required for users to access the program.

Go to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/alternates/to download the Authorware Web Player that is compatible with your operating system.
